Erika Farrugia Harding

Erika

Erika is the ultimate perfectionist, with a vast knowledge of the hotel and MICE market and a sense of duty, coupled with sensational organisational abilities that have helped her grow MiMalta beyond its targets. Erika had overseen the MICE division of Malta’s leading International hotel chain for 10 consecutive years, having previously graduated with honours from Hotel College. With her warm approach and constant smile, few can resist Erika’s charm as she deftly negotiates the best deal on behalf of her clients.
Douglas Barbaro Sant

Douglas

Douglas retains a sense of adventure and a business acumen that is envied by his peers. His indomitable spirit insists that there exist no problems in life but only stimulating challenges. Douglas manages a rather perfect balancing act, constantly following new business leads and shrewdly negotiating new contracts for MiMalta, in perfect harmony with an active and adventurous lifestyle.
Rowena Spiteri

Rowena

Rowena graduated in Hotel Management and has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry having worked in various hotels and one of Malta’s leading catering companies. She is a huge asset to the team as well as to every client who she works with. Her meticulous attention to detail is second to none having worked closely on very high profile events within the Presidents and Prime Minister’s Office on various State dinners and visits. Apart from being a true professional, a great colleague and bringing so much peace of mind to our clients she always carries a big smile. Her true treasure is above all her young daughter.
Helga Catania

Helga

Armed with many years of experience, Helga has proudly spearheaded some of the largest events organised in Malta.  She is a motivator and aims to exceed her clients’ expectations. Helga is focused and results-driven, and that is why there are no such things as half measures - the client always comes first.
Claudia Cassar

Claudia

Claudia is the office fashionista. Self-motivated, she discovered her passion for the hospitality industry from an early age.  After having graduated in Hotel Operations she worked with various International Hotel Chains within the MICE segment.  Apart from being extremely diligent and meticulous at what she does, she is also blessed with the right spirit of having a solution to every obstacle in life. Her passion in life is discovering new destinations and running.
Laurent Coleiro

Laurent

After working for 16 years in the hotel industry, Laurent joined our team bringing a wealth of experience and operational expertise to MI Malta. He has quickly become an integral part of the team heading overseeing all our group operations.
Julian Friggieri

Julian

Julian is the latest addition to the team at MiMalta.  He has an eye for detail and a creative flair necessary when organising meetings, incentives, conferences and events in Malta.  He is an experienced wedding planner and events organiser, with over 16 years of experience in weddings, marketing, catering and event management.
Freda Briffa

Freda

Freda has over thirty years of experience in the tourism industry with a special focus on hotels and hospitality service with a smile. Her contagious energy and smile will definitely brighten up any day for you and your clients.
Clara-Mainetti

Clara

Born in France and brought up in Belgium and Italy, Clara is as multicultural as they come. When not running by the sea, you can find her hanging upside down performing jaw-dropping aerial skills. Her love of the sea and passion for dolphins brought her to Malta and into our office. She has worked for museums, and marine parks and has organised several music festivals.
Esperanza Moreno de Juan

Esperanza

Espe is mainly responsible for the Spanish market. After several years spent as a PA for a Sales and Marketing Director of an expanding hotel chain, Espe has put her interpersonal and Customer Service skills to maximum effect. With a vibrant personality, a contagious smile and her commitment to serve to the highest standard, even to “the most demanding clients”, she will make sure that all arrangements are of the highest quality and all requirements are satisfied.
